Glow

Glow is an AI-native endpoint security company founded in 2025 by Roi Tiger, previously vice-president of engineering at Meta, Omer Singer, formerly head of cybersecurity strategy at Snowflake, and Ophir Arie, formerly vice-president of R&D at Claroty. Its platform runs specialised AI agents that continuously map an organisation's devices, software and AI agents, assess risk in real time and enforce policy automatically, aiming to stop risky software, agents and developer tools entering the estate rather than detecting threats after they land. It emerged from stealth in July 2026 with a $180 million Series A at a $1.2 billion valuation, backed by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks and Redpoint Ventures.
