Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own real parts of it. What you'll actually do? Own entire pieces of the product- from "here's a vague problem" to "it's running for enterprise customers". Design systems that survive real scale: multi-tenant, high-volume, real-time, always-on. Move fast with AI agents, and stay completely responsible for what lands in production. Make the team better: your tooling, your workflows, whatever you figured out last weekend. Who you are? You've been doing this 5+ years and you have the production scars to prove it. You think in systems, not tickets. You use AI agents every day and you have opinions about how - planning, context, when to let them run and when to shut them down. You've owned something big and complex end to end, and you'd rather do that again than be handed a backlog.
