Airwallex
Airwallex is a global payments and financial-operations platform for businesses, offering multi-currency accounts, cross-border transfers, cards, treasury and embedded finance on infrastructure it owns rather than rents from correspondent banks. Founded in Melbourne in 2015, it is headquartered in Singapore and in December 2025 established San Francisco as a second global headquarters alongside it, raising a $330m Series G at an $8bn valuation and committing more than $1bn to US expansion. It employs over 2,000 people worldwide.
