Allica Bank
Allica Bank is a British bank for established small and medium-sized businesses, lending to and banking companies of roughly 5 to 250 staff through current accounts, savings, commercial mortgages and asset finance. It was incorporated in 2017 as CivilisedBank, founded by Jason Scott and backed by Warwick Capital Partners; that venture handed its banking licence back before launching, and the restructured business rebranded to Allica in December 2018 under a new team led by Mark Stephens. Allica received its own banking licence in September 2019 and is headquartered in London, with hubs in Milton Keynes and Manchester.
