Also builds small electric vehicles for moving people and goods: the TM-B pedal-assist electric bike, the four-wheel TM-Q quad for consumers and delivery fleets, a connected helmet, and an autonomous delivery platform under development with DoorDash. It was spun out of Rivian in March 2025, having started as an internal Rivian programme in 2022, and is led by co-founder and president Chris Yu with Rivian founder RJ Scaringe as chairman; Rivian held 35.3% of the company at 30 June 2026. Also is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with teams in Seattle and Taichung, Taiwan, where its bikes are built by a contract manufacturer; it had about 363 employees on LinkedIn in August 2026. Amazon has ordered thousands of customised TM-Q quads for delivery hubs in the United States and Europe, and DoorDash has signed a multi-year autonomous-delivery agreement alongside an investment. Also has raised $455 million: a $105 million Series B from Eclipse Ventures in March 2025, a $200 million Series C led by Greenoaks at a $1 billion valuation completed in March 2026, and a $150 million Series D led by Prysm Capital in August 2026.
