Altruist is a Los Angeles-based custodian and software platform for independent registered investment advisers. It combines a self-clearing brokerage with tools for account opening, trading, fractional shares, automated rebalancing, reporting and billing. Its broker-dealer subsidiary Altruist Financial LLC is a member of FINRA and SIPC.
