AngelList is a San Francisco company that runs the infrastructure most small US venture funds are built on. It began in 2010 as a mailing list matching startups with angel investors and now provides the rails for syndicates, rolling funds, SPVs and fund administration, so a single deal often appears on a cap table as an AngelList-managed vehicle rather than under the name of the people who backed it. Seedtable holds many of those vehicles as separate investor records.
