Bounce (logistics company)

Bounce runs a luggage storage network that lets travellers book short-term storage for bags at local shops, hotels and other businesses through its website and app. The businesses act as storage partners and receive a share of the revenue; Bounce says it has more than 13,000 partners in about 4,000 cities across 100 countries, and it also sells a service for hotels to offer storage to their own guests. It has partnerships with Airbnb, The UPS Store and the Japanese operator KDDI. Founded in San Francisco in 2018 by Cody Candee, its chief executive, and Aleksander Rendtslev, the company also runs an office in Lisbon. It raised a $1.2 million seed round in 2018, a $12 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz in April 2022 and a $19 million Series B led by Sapphire Sport in November 2024, and in February 2026 it acquired the European luggage storage company Nannybag.
