Dwelly is a London company that buys independent UK lettings agencies outright and runs them on its own AI platform, rather than selling software to agents. Founded in 2023 by Ilia Drozdov, Dan Lifshits and Dmitry Khanukov -- Uber and Gett alumni who had already built and sold a 10,000-property rental business in Eastern Europe -- it targets owners looking for succession or an exit, keeps the acquired brand, and migrates the back office onto systems that handle tenant enquiries, onboarding, rent collection, maintenance and compliance. In July 2026 it raised a $170 million Series B led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, comprising $95 million of equity and a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital, taking total funding past $260 million in under a year.
