For property managers its platform covers resident and prospect communications, a CRM and a maintenance app; in September 2026 it launched Apollo, an agentic AI assistant. The company was founded in 2017 by chief executive Minna Song and chief technology officer Tony Stoyanov and is headquartered in New York. It reported more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue as of June 2026, and said its software was used by one in six U.S. apartments and by more than 3,500 healthcare organisations. In September 2026 it raised a $350 million Series F at a $4 billion valuation, co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners.
