Fuel50 sells enterprise talent software combining two halves: a skills intelligence platform that defines, inventories and governs the capabilities a workforce has, and a talent marketplace that matches employees to internal roles, projects, gigs and career paths. Modules include a skills ontology and architecture, mobility, development, succession and an agentic hub with a career advisor agent. It is bought by HR and talent leaders at large employers, and names Bank of Ireland, Electronic Arts, Roche, TE Connectivity, the London Stock Exchange, KeyBank and NetApp among its customers. Founded in 2011.
