Halluminate
Halluminate is a San Francisco data research lab that builds benchmarks and reinforcement learning environments for training AI models on knowledge work, starting with financial services. It was founded in 2024 by chief executive Jerry Wu and chief technology officer Wyatt Marshall and went through Y Combinator. The company says that over the ten months to October 2026 it grew from no revenue to a mid-eight-figure annual revenue run rate while remaining profitable, and that it has built RL environments with four of the five leading closed-source US AI labs. Its releases include the Westworld Due Diligence benchmark for financial work. In October 2026 it raised a $30 million Series A led by Oak HC/FT, bringing its total funding to $38.5 million.
