Hightouch
Hightouch is a San Francisco data platform that activates the customer data already sitting in a company's warehouse, syncing it out to the sales, marketing and advertising tools where it gets used rather than copying it into yet another system. Founded in 2018, it began in what became known as reverse ETL and has since built an AI decisioning layer on top for personalisation and audience targeting.
