Mariana Minerals
Mariana Minerals is a vertically integrated critical minerals company that engineers, builds and operates its own mines and refineries. Founded in 2024 by Turner Caldwell and based in San Francisco, it runs its operations on an in-house software platform, MarianaOS, and owns the Copper One copper mine in Utah and the Lithium One project in Texas. It raised a $310 million Series B led by Khosla Ventures in August 2026, valuing it at $1.5 billion.
