Motive
Motive, formerly KeepTruckin, provides an AI-based platform for physical operations such as trucking, construction and field services. Its products combine AI dash cams and driver safety, electronic logging, vehicle and equipment tracking, spend management through the Motive Card, and workforce management. The company was incorporated in Delaware in March 2013 and is based in San Francisco. It filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange in December 2025 but withdrew the registration on 10 September 2026, the same day it announced more than $1.3 billion in growth financing from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund.
