Orca Bio
Orca Bio is a Menlo Park, California biotechnology company developing high-precision allogeneic cell therapies for blood cancers, autoimmune disease and genetic blood disorders. Founded in 2016, it sorts a donor graft into defined cell populations so that the therapeutic cells can be delivered without the bulk of the graft that drives graft-versus-host disease, and is led by co-founder Nate Fernhoff as chief executive. It runs a centralised GMP clinical facility in California and is building a commercial manufacturing plant in Sacramento.
