Plum (finance company)

Plum is a London-based personal-finance app that helps users save and invest automatically. Founded in 2016 by Victor Trokoudes (ex-Wise) and Alex Michael (ex-Tictail), it connects to a user's bank account and uses algorithms to set aside small, affordable amounts of money. Alongside automated saving, Plum offers investing in funds, budgeting and spending insights, and tools to switch household bills. The app is available on iOS and Android, operates across the UK and several European markets, and has raised roughly $59 million in venture and crowdfunding rounds from backers including VentureFriends, the EBRD, Global Brain and Eurobank.
