Redaptive
Redaptive is a Denver energy-as-a-service company that pays for, installs and maintains energy-saving and energy-generating equipment across large multi-site property portfolios, and is repaid out of the savings rather than by an up-front capital outlay from the customer. The model bundles the finance, the delivery and the metering: Redaptive structures the capital, runs the retrofit or generation project turnkey, and then measures the result so the saving being billed is verified rather than modelled. It sells to industrial enterprises, healthcare systems, multi-site real estate owners and project developers, naming T-Mobile, Bank of America, Honeywell, McKesson, Cintas and Iron Mountain among its customers, and reports more than 12,000 completed projects, USD 1.2 billion of capital deployed and USD 353 million of energy savings delivered.
