SLR Consulting is a global sustainability consultancy headquartered at Wornal Park, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Founded in 1994 as SECOR Ltd and rebranded SLR in 2000, it advises clients across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and permitting through design, delivery and operations, under the strapline "Making Sustainability Happen". The firm works in six sectors: energy, mining, finance, industry and technology, government and infrastructure, and the built environment, offering more than 60 technical services including environmental impact assessment, ESG and climate advisory, contaminated land, air quality, acoustics and ecology. SLR employs more than 5,000 staff across over 140 offices worldwide, with its largest concentrations of people in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. It has grown substantially by acquisition, and has been backed by private equity firm Ares Management since 2022, when Ares bought the business from Charterhouse Capital Partners. Bradley Andrews has served as chief executive since 2023.
