Socure sells AI-based digital identity verification and fraud prevention to enterprises and government agencies. Its RiskOS platform combines identity verification, document and device checks, sanctions screening and fraud decisioning into one risk decision at account opening and through the customer lifecycle, and the company reports more than 3,000 customers across financial services, government, gaming, healthcare and e-commerce, including SoFi, Coinbase, Robinhood, Uber, Western Union, the California Employment Development Department and the GSA's Login.gov. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Incline Village, Nevada, with an engineering subsidiary in Chennai, India, Socure reported $364 million of annual recurring revenue at 30 June 2026, up 63% year on year, and employed about 616 people in August 2026 under co-founder and chief executive Johnny Ayers. It acquired Berbix in 2023 and Effectiv in 2024, and in August 2026 bought the Austin agentic fraud-investigation startup Fravity alongside a $156 million strategic growth investment led by Summit Partners at a $5.2 billion valuation, with Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo and Docusign participating.
