Sprinklr is an enterprise software company that sells what it calls Unified-CXM - a single platform for managing customer experience across the digital channels a brand appears on. It is organised into four product suites: Sprinklr Service for contact-centre and customer support, including voice across more than 30 channels, live chat and conversational AI; Sprinklr Social for publishing, engagement and conversational commerce; Sprinklr Marketing for campaign planning, content marketing and social advertising; and Sprinklr Insights for AI-powered social listening, competitive benchmarking and research. The pitch is consolidation - one data model and one platform in place of the separate social, care, marketing and listening tools most large brands run in parallel. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in New York, Sprinklr listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CXM and employs roughly 3,250 people.
