Subsets

Subsets is a Copenhagen-based retention platform for consumer subscription businesses. Its software reads a publisher's subscription, product and CRM data to predict which subscribers are about to cancel and to explain why, then runs A/B retention experiments and turns the ones that work into automated campaigns, without requiring engineering work. It was founded in 2022 by Martin Johnsen, Oliver Brandt, Nikolai Skelbo and Matias Ebbesen, went through Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch, and counts The Athletic, Borsen and the Daily Mail among its customers.
