Temper is a Dutch flexible-work marketplace headquartered in Amsterdam and founded in 2015. Its platform connects workers directly with businesses offering short-term shifts in hospitality, retail, logistics, construction and facilities services, and supports operations in the Netherlands and United Kingdom. Matthijs Tetteroo became chief executive officer in June 2026, succeeding Maarten Zoomers, who moved to the supervisory board.
