UJET is a San Francisco company founded in 2015 by Anand Janefalkar. Vasili Triant became its chief executive in April 2025. It sells a cloud-native contact-centre platform built mobile-first, letting a consumer reach a support agent over voice, IVR, web, text or inside the brand's own app, and applies AI and analytics across those channels. Instacart, PayPal's Zettle, Wag!, MoneyLion, Turo and Atom Tickets are among the brands that have used it.
