Zeit AI is a Munich-based company building what it calls an autonomous data engineer for European enterprises. Its product, ZeitMind, is an agent that connects to ERP and CRM systems and more than 600 other sources, then cleans, joins and structures the data it finds so downstream analytics and BI tools can use it without a human data-engineering team preparing each pipeline. It was founded in 2024 by Leopold von Waldthausen and Marvin Bornstein, both formerly of Palantir, and went through Y Combinator. In September 2026 it raised a EUR 5 million seed round backed by Y Combinator, the Oxford Seed Fund, Hasso Plattner Ventures, the Sequoia Capital Scout Fund and ACE Ventures, alongside angels including Christian Lindner, Mario Goetze and Helsing chief technology officer Robert Fink.
