THE ROLE As an early recruiter at Rowspace, you'll help build the talent engine that powers our next phase of growth from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it means to join Rowspace. In a typical week, you might be closing an offer with a senior engineer, refining our sourcing strategy for a hard-to-fill role, partnering with a hiring manager to sharpen their interview process, and thinking through how we tell our story to candidates who don't know us yet.
