Claims Operations Lead

The Claims Operations Analyst will be responsible for the operational management of claims at Lancashire, including successful service delivery along with ensuring that all operational functionality of the Lancashire claims team is operating efficiently, appropriately forward thinking and administered in accordance with the Group claims strategy, along with regulatory best practices and all relevant legal frameworks.
