Program Manager

Position Title: Program Manager Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite Role Purpose We are seeking a Program Manager (PgM) to support the delivery of vulnerability management programs for NCC Group's clients. In this role, you will partner with Senior Program Managers and technical delivery teams to coordinate ongoing security engagements, facilitate client communications, manage project plans, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident leading meetings with both internal and client stakeholders. You'll be responsible for tracking actions, coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure vulnerability management programs operate efficiently from planning through delivery.
