We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Manager, Global Accounting to lead key accounting operations and help ensure the integrity of financial reporting across our global organization. This role is responsible for overseeing month-end close activities, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting audit and compliance activities. As a key member of the Global Accounting team, you will play an important role in strengthening accounting processes, developing a high-performing team, and partnering across functions to support our continued growth. You will also contribute to our ongoing post-merger integration efforts by supporting the onboarding of newly acquired entities, harmonizing accounting processes, and helping build scalable ways of working across a diverse, multinational organization. Success in this role requires strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to bring structure to evolving processes. What you'll get the opportunity to do: Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Lead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting; Coordinate and supervise the Accounting team, overseeing the regular accounting activities across the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with group accounting policies; Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation; Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company accounting policies. Support preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting packages across multiple entities and jurisdictions; Oversee statutory and local GAAP reporting requirements across jurisdictions, ensuring timely preparation of local financial statements and compliance with local regulatory obligations. Analyze financial results and investigate variances to ensure completeness and accuracy. Accounting Operations Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts; Set up and maintain new accounts, cost centers, and accounting structures within the ERP system; Ensure accurate accounting of financial transactions related to internal and external financing, including loans, credit facilities, and related interest accruals; Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and consistently across entities
