We are looking for a dedicated Quantum Error Correction (QEC) Architect to join the Equal1 team. This pivotal role will drive the research and development of error correction codes and logical circuit schemes tailored to silicon spin qubits. As a Senior QEC Scientist / QEC Lead, you will lead the technical effort to design, evaluate, and evolve QEC architectures, translating theory into practical, hardware-aware approaches that support Equal1’s roadmap to scalable fault-tolerant quantum computing.
