2026 Fan & Youth Engagement Staff

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Boston Red Sox Fan & Youth Department works to ensure the organization provides opportunities for young fans to connect with the organization and foster our relationship with the next generation through a series of programs and events. This includes gameday activations at the ballpark, mascot programming, Red Sox Kid Nation fan clubs, the mobile showcase, and hosting a series of large-scale events throughout the year.   POSITION OVERVIEW: Red Sox Fan & Youth Engagement team members will be responsible for bringing the Boston Red Sox fan experience to life. There will be an opportunity for brand activations at various public and private events through the Red Sox Showcase and concourse activations.   These experiences serve to bring the excitement of Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox out of the ballpark and into the community with a mobile truck equipped with exciting games and baseball activities.  The Fan & Youth Engagement team also includes the Red Sox Street Team who are responsible for traditional marketing/promotional activations, fan clubs, and customer service.   This role pays an hourly rate of $15
