Manager, Professional Services

This role is based in either Indore or Pune, India. To support our North American Professional Services team and customers, your standard working hours will be 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. The role follows a split-shift model, allowing you to work in-office during the first part of your shift and transition home in the evening (typically around 8:30 PM, with approximately 30 minutes allocated for your commute) to complete the remainder of your shift remotely. From time to time, a later shift of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST may be required to accommodate customer meetings or other business needs. The role may also require occasional travel to our Indore office, typically 1–2 times per quarter. The Manager, PS role is an important member of the Professional Services management team. You are responsible for leading a team who deliver professional services for our customers.
