2027 International Scouting Associate

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:  The Boston Red Sox International Scouting Department is committed to identifying and acquiring impact amateur talent globally and integrating them into our player development system. We empower staff to grow as individuals, while collectively striving to be best-in-classin our player evaluations, analytical methods, and staff development.    POSITION OVERVIEW:  This role is designed to build a strong foundation throughout baseball operations, combining curriculum and project-based education, day-to-day project and task execution, and exposure to decision-making processes at the highest level of the game. Prior baseball experience is not mandatory for success in this role. The Associate will primarily support the International Scouting department with exposure to the Acquisitions domain through the following functions:   Power-using decision-making and valuation materials for player analysis and evaluation.
