2027 Player Development Associate

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:  The Player Development department is dedicated to cultivating impactful talent from around the globe through best-in-class practices for mental, physical, and fundamental growth, by leveraging innovative technology, dynamic training, and modern facilities.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Player Development Associate will be a member of the Player Development team, and is responsible for assisting with baseball operations at our complex in Fort Myers, FL. This individual will collaborate closely with Player Development front office personnel, coordinators, and coaches, as well as take part in our curriculum and project-based Associate development program to enhance exposure and build skills across baseball operations departments.    TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION:    This position begins in February 2027 and runs through November 2027. The hourly rate for this position is $15, plus a generous housing stipend.
