DevOps Lead

Opportunity: We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Tech Lead to build and evolve the platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to deliver software quickly, reliably and securely. This role will be 70% hands-on, 30% leadership (technical direction, mentoring, stakeholder comms). Part of the on-call rotation and leads the response to major production incidents. You will work in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment where systems, processes and team boundaries may still be evolving. You should be comfortable identifying problems, creating a pragmatic first version, measuring its impact and improving it iteratively.
