Talent Acquisition Intern (all genders)

Help us build the team behind the AI workforce for procurement. At Lio, we're building AI agents that automate mission-critical procurement workflows for some of the world's largest enterprises. Following our $30M Series A, we're growing quickly – and hiring exceptional people is key to our next stage. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with our People & Culture team and hiring managers across Engineering, Product and Go-to-Market. You'll take real ownership across the recruiting funnel and help us find and hire exceptional talent. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Source top talent across technical and commercial roles using LinkedIn and other channels - Build and manage candidate pipelines for our most critical positions - Create personalized outreach and engage high-potential candidates - Screen candidates and increasingly take ownership of first interviews - Work closely with hiring managers to understand profiles and develop effective search strategies - Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience - Track recruiting metrics and help improve our sourcing and hiring processes YOUR PROFILE - You're currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree - You're excited about recruiting, startups and technology - You're proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership - You enjoy researching people and quickly understand what makes a strong profile - You communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders - You're fluent in German and English - Previous experience in recruiting, sales, consulting or a startup is a plus, but not required WHY LIO? - Real ownership: Work on actual hiring processes from day one - High impact: Directly contribute to building Lio's team - Steep learning curve: Learn how to identify and attract top talent in AI and B2B SaaS - Direct exposure: Work closely with hiring managers and our leadership team Any questions about the role?
