This role combines creative visual storytelling with instructional expertise—developing original media assets that transform complex product concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand learning experiences.    Instructional Video Designers operate with creative autonomy to determine visual approach, pacing, and structure. They manage multiple concurrent projects, scoping timelines and deliverables, and ensuring consistent alignment with instructional objectives, brand standards, and project goals. This position requires both creative judgment and strong project management discipline to balance artistry with precision and delivery efficiency.
