Financial Analyst II, Sales Operations Drive strategic decision-making through data, analytics, and insights. We're seeking a Financial Analyst II, Sales Operations to support sales compensation, forecasting, revenue reporting, quota management, and executive reporting. This highly visible role partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Executive Leadership to deliver actionable insights that support business growth and performance. What You'll Do Administer sales compensation plans and calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payouts. Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Sales Leadership to validate commission results and ensure accurate payments. Support compensation plan updates, quota management, and sales performance reporting. Prepare revenue reports, forecasting models, and analyses related to sales productivity, territory performance, and business trends. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic planning. Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, presentations, and reporting packages for leadership. Support Board materials, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency. Assist with sales planning, territory alignment, and other strategic initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, sales operations, sales compensation, FP&A, or a similar analytical role. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, sales compensation, and reporting platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience administering sales compensation plans, commission programs, and sales quotas. Experience with sales performance reporting, territory planning, and revenue forecasting. Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools. Experience supporting executive reporting and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Why Join Us? Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods; approximately 80% sitting and 20% standing or moving. Occasional walking, bending, and stooping in a general office environment. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
