What you will do: Collections Operations & Monitoring Add and update borrower and guarantor information in Command Center and QuestNet. Monitor QuestNet daily alerts, maintain and update POD trackers, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Support the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of collections data, trackers and operational reports. Process Improvement & Automation Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive collections processes. Support the testing, validation and documentation of new automation workflows, AI tools and process enhancements. Assist with maintaining Collections SOPs, process documentation and data quality. Team Support Provide general administrative and operational support to the Collections team. Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data. Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
