IT Governance Administrator

Position Title: IT Governance Administrator Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite Role Purpose The IT Governance Administrator will support the development and ongoing management of the GTS Target Operating Model (TOM), helping to ensure GTS has clear, consistent and well-managed ways of working across its key practices. The TOM provides a blueprint for how GTS operates, including the customers it serves, how the function is organised, and the core practices used to deliver reliable and effective services across the business. Working closely with practice owners, the role will help define and maintain each practice’s purpose, ownership, supporting policies, key processes, responsibilities and governance requirements. It will also help track progress, coordinate documentation and reporting, and support the continued maturity of GTS practices over time
