Strategy & Operations Lead Location: Athens, Greece (On-site) About Twin Prime Twin Prime is an AI lab built for reasoning in the physical world, especially in defense and security settings. Founded by researchers and engineers from leading frontier model companies and quant funds, we build architectures that reason across complex sensor modalities in real time. We are headquartered in New York City and are currently expanding our footprint in the EU by way of Athens, Greece. The Role We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to help establish and scale our new Athens office. You will work directly with our NYC headquarters and local teams to manage day-to-day operations, remove roadblocks, and build the operational infrastructure needed for technical execution. This role requires a high degree of agency and autonomy. You will bridge the gap between engineering, product deployment, and business operations, ensuring that our Athens hub runs efficiently and integrates seamlessly with our NYC headquarters. Responsibilities - Manage local site business (including legal and tax operations), track strategic initiatives, and direct resources efficiently to support our technical teams. - Build and refine internal processes for the Athens office, spanning hiring pipelines, onboarding, and cross-functional communication. - Scope and execute ad-hoc operational projects, taking them from initial unstructured problems to implemented solutions. - Serve as the operational connective tissue between the Athens team and the broader organization. Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in highly demanding roles (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth technology company). - Track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems, structuring them for data-backed decision making, and driving them to resolution with minimal oversight. - Strong analytical foundation and structured communication skills; ability to distill complex operational issues for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - High degree of comfort working closely with software engineers and researchers. - Willingness to manage both high-level strategy and ground-level administrative tasks as we build out the office. Nice to Haves - Experience standing up a new office or operating in a distributed team environment. - Familiarity with the defense technology sector or hardware/software deployment cycles. - Fluency in Greek and English.
