BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE Nowhere is great products as important as in healthcare. They make the difference between well functioning and catastrophic care. Unfortunately the sector has a very bad history of second-rate digital products to date. This is your chance to change that. As a Product Manager at Tandem, you’ll own a significant product area, working closely with our Senior Product Managers, CTO, and engineering teams to turn our vision into exceptional products. You’ll drive prioritization and execution, helping build products that will underpin the future of healthcare. You’ve worked in high-performing product organizations, ideally in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments, and know how to balance long-term thinking with rapid execution. You’re also comfortable getting close to the implementation - understanding technical constraints and occasionally directly contributing with the help of agentic engineering, not because you’re an engineer, but because you care about deeply understanding the product. You have the technical fluency to collaborate closely with engineers and enjoy experimenting with the latest AI tools and modern product development workflows. Most importantly, you’re motivated by the opportunity to build products that have a real impact on healthcare across Europe. If you’re excited about owning meaningful product initiatives and building technology that improves healthcare at scale, we’d love to meet you. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more products/features, translating Tandem's vision into clear priorities and execution. - Shape the how product operations are done at an ai native company. - Translate vision into execution, working closely with Product and Engineering to guide decision-making, prioritization, and delivery. - Shape products that power healthcare - from core workflows to systems that set new standards in safety, efficiency, and usability. - Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring we’re solving the right problems in the right way. - Foster a culture of rapid iteration, embracing short feedback loops, experiments, and continuous learning. - Act as a bridge between disciplines, making sure engineers, designers, and stakeholders are aligned and working towards a common outcome. WHO YOU ARE: - Experience building products in high-performing product organizations, ideally in startup or scale-up environments. - Strong experience leading product development end-to-end, from strategy through execution. - Enough technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex systems. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals. - A bias toward clarity, action, and momentum - you move things forward even in the face of ambiguity. - Curiosity and a builder’s mindset, whether experimenting with new tools, methods like vibe coding, or simply diving deep to understand how things really work. - A genuine excitement for shaping products that have a direct, lasting impact on healthcare across Europe. - Comfortable working close to code - able to read, reason about, and occasionally contribute small changes to better understand product behavior and tradeoffs. - Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without relying on formal authority
