Position Overview: The Product Marketing Working Student will support the Product Marketing team across market and competitor intelligence, Brand/Company reputation, and internal/external communications. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a PMM function tracks the competitive landscape, monitors brand and product perception, and keeps the wider organization aligned on market developments, all in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys research, AI automations, pattern-spotting, and turning scattered information into clear, useful content. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Company reputation monitoring: Track, report and communicate on customer reviews (e.g., G2, Capterra, Trustpilot) and NPS results. Identify recurring themes, flag risks or opportunities, and support response/action plans with relevant stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, Product). Competitor intelligence: Maintain regular updates on competitor tracking sheet, product releases, pricing changes, and market moves. Synthesize findings into concise, digestible briefings for the PMM team and broader stakeholders. Internal markets & insights newsletter: Own the process of curation, drafting and communicating of our recurring internal newsletter covering market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, keeping internal teams informed and aligned. External newsletter topic sourcing: Lead the process of collecting relevant topics, product updates, and market stories to feed the external product newsletter, aligning with content and email marketing teams for final production. AI automation support: Help build, test, and maintain lightweight AI-powered workflows/automations that streamline research, reporting, and content aggregation tasks (e.g., summarizing reviews, tracking competitor changes, drafting newsletter drafts). Customer advocacy support: Support the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) — session logistics, attendee coordination, and capturing follow-up insights — and help build the case-study-to-testimonial pipeline by identifying strong candidates from NPS/review data and drafting initial customer story outlines. Customer case studies & proof assets: Identify strong case-study candidates from NPS promoters, high-scoring reviews, and UAB members. Coordinate outreach and scheduling with the customer and their CSM/AM, update the case study library and provide commercial team with content to use with their customers. You bring: Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Availability: Free to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months, and ideally able to work more hours during selected peak periods. Relevant experience: From interesting jobs, projects, or results — perhaps in research, competitive analysis, content, or another startup environment. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required. Technical skills: Familiarity with marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite) is a plus. Comfort with or curiosity about AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and automation is a strong plus. Analytical skills: Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources (reviews, NPS data, competitor activity) into clear, actionable insights. Communication skills:
