ABOUT NOMOS Europe pays more than twice as much for electricity as the US or Asia. To reach competitive price levels, Europe has to lean on solar and deliver the flexibility that makes this feasible. Nomos is building a full-stack power company to unlock that flexibility by connecting millions of homes to Europe’s energy markets. This has brought together IMO and IOI medalists, former founders and Olympic athletes in a team whose individual strengths reinforce one another.   WHAT YOU’LL DO Nomos operates in a fragmented energy market built on legacy systems. You will build the structure our operations need and take responsibility for the processes our customers depend on. Alongside energy operations, you will own projects that improve how Nomos works. - Run energy operations end to end, including market communication, customer data, and billing. - Own the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing support and use customer feedback to improve our service. - Build internal processes as Nomos grows, including improving hiring workflows and taking on company projects that need an owner.   EXCITING CHALLENGES - Build the structure as you run the work. Understand how information moves between Nomos, our customers, and other market participants. Establish a reliable record of what has happened, what remains open, and who owns the next step. - Turn recurring work into software. Get into the process yourself and understand its dependencies and exceptions. Work with engineering to automate it and make sure the cases that still need human attention reach the right person.   WHO YOU ARE - You build structure where it is missing. You’ve taken a messy process and made it reliable. You get into the details yourself and can explain what you changed and why it worked. - You are allergic to loose ends. You know who owes an answer, what is blocking progress, and what needs to happen next. You follow through until the issue is resolved. - German and English, both fluent.
