The role BEAT81 is rolling out our new strength-focused vertical across German cities. We're looking for a strength fitness specialist to bring the experience to life in each new city and keep the quality bar high. The role has two parts. Your home base is Berlin, where the strength vertical is developed and tested — you're in the room for format tests, gathering feedback from coaches and customers and feeding it directly into product development. When we launch a new city, you relocate there for 3 to 6 months to support the fitness build on the ground, then return to Berlin until the next launch. This is not a coaching role. This is a hybrid builder role. What You'll Do In Berlin (our test bed) Take part in new format test sessions in the studio, gathering structured feedback from coaches and customers and feeding it directly into product development Keep the quality bar high across our strength offerings by observing sessions and sharing what a great experience looks like Support coach sourcing and operations, introducing experienced professionals interested in offering strength sessions to BEAT81 studios Work with the fitness experience team to help improve formats, studio equipment, class features and the workout experience During launches (3 to 6 months per city) Map the local coach talent landscape and support coach sourcing for the new city Personally coach strength classes during the launch period to support class availability and build relationships in the local fitness community Confirm that studio equipment, sound, and lighting are functional ahead of launch Support the hiring and introduction of the local Fitness Manager(s) who take over after you leave Capture lessons learned from each launch in a playbook What you bring Must have: A recognised Personal Training license / A CrossFit license / Burgener Strength certification (or equivalent) Experience with barbell-focused strength training Experience as a boutique group fitness instructor English at a C1 Level Nice to have: Background as a strength & conditioning coach 3+ years of personal training experience Experience as a trainer of trainers / Master trainer German language C1 or native level Skills That Help You Succeed Confident with software and tech — comfortable working with presentations, documents, data, and video content Well organised and self-managing — able to juggle multiple cities, launches, and priorities while working independently A clear communicator — you can demonstrate and explain what a great experience looks like in a way others can pick up A natural people person — approachable, motivating, and comfortable building relationships and mentoring within a community Adaptable and hands-on — you're energised by frequent travel and new environments, and happy to roll up your sleeves Other Information: - Although it is a full-time role, part-time is considered also. - Ideal start date is ASAP. - Please send a cover letter explaining why you think you are right for this role, along with relevant experience and motivation (if you would rather record a short video instead that is also fine).
