Marketing Manager

We are here to provide services for agricultural input needs ( saprotan / agricultural production supplies), which can be ordered easily through the application, anytime and anywhere. Develop and lead the company's Demand Creation grand strategy . Design and execute marketing plans and programs that drive business growth. Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap for the next 2–5 years . Lead the Product Development and Research teams. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement marketing programs in the field. Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth. Placement: Head Office, Jakarta Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years of experience as a Product Development Manager in the insecticide and/or fungicide industry. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand creation, and product development . Proven experience in market analysis, customer research , with excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
