This role offers an opportunity to work on intelligent technology solutions that combine automation, real-time data, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making to address complex business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced product environment where innovation, scalability, and customer impact are key priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance modern solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable smarter business decisions, and create seamless experiences for automotive retailers and consumers. Requirements Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of scalable enterprise-grade product solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Build and improve intelligent workflows that leverage AI, automation, data, and real-time insights . Develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and support data-driven business decision-making. Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Identify technical challenges and develop innovative approaches to solve complex problems. Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and modern software engineering practices. Help build products that deliver measurable value to automotive businesses and their customers. What's Makes You a Great Fit 6+ years of relevant professional experience in software, technology, product engineering, or a related field. Strong experience working on large-scale, customer-focused technology products . Solid understanding of modern software development, system design, and scalable application architecture. Experience working with AI, automation, data platforms, analytics, or intelligent product capabilities is highly valuable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business and technical challenges. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with evolving requirements. Passion for emerging technologies and a strong interest in AI-native products and intelligent automation .
